There are number of attractive engagement models we are open to engage with. Here below some of these models are detailed ..

T & M Model
This is an effort-based model. The scope of work could be fixed or variable. We will provide the necessary team or engineers for carrying out the scoped work. Billing is on Time & Material (effort) basis. For the type of skill, an hourly/daily/monthly rate is fixed.

Fixed Scope, Fixed-cost Model

When the scope of the work is clearly defined, we estimate the size and effort involved in carrying out the activities. In such a case, we will provide a turnkey – fixed cost solution to the requirements. The Deliverables are owned by Oaksys. This model is adopted when there is predefined productivity established. This model calls for high degree of risk management and project management. Client is insulated from any cost overrun.

Fixed Scope, Variable Cost Model
When the scope of the work is clearly defined, but one may not be able to estimate the effort involved in carrying out the activities. In such a case, we will provide team responsible for delivering the fixed scope. The cost is based on effort consumed. However, the Deliverables are owned by Oaksys. This model is adopted mainly due to lack of productivity figures. Once productivity figures evolve, one can shift to Fixed scope fixed cost model.

Risk-Reward Model
This is a fixed-cost model with certain incentives for achieving the targets.

Pay-per-use model
Here the billing is based on deliverable unit basis. For example, for every 100 test case execution, there is an agreed rate. We bill the customer based on the completed activities.

OAK-pV Model

Based upon the vast experience and thought leadership, Oaksys has developed a proprietary Full Lifecycle QA model for its use in the projects.
