OAKSYS would be associated with the client’s development team from the beginning of the software development process to build quality into the product. OAKSYS’s Independent QA Group (IQAG) would participate in defining the project plans & processes. While client’s engineers develop the software, our IQAG would be focusing on implementing the QA activities in the project as per the plan. The project’s QA activities typically would inlcude – orienting project team members in understanding the processes, performing project audits & process reviews, driving peer reviews, setting up & coordinating metrics data collection, analysis & reporting, etc.
