An Introduction on DO-178B was delivered as part of a training session by Mr. Pradeep Oak, founder & Director of Oak Systems. DO-178B is the guideline for developing safety-critical avionics software systems and is developed by RTCA. This is widely used in the Civil aerospace and also being adopted into Defense Aerospace. DO-178B discusses those aspects of airworthiness certification that pertain to the production of software for airborne systems and equipment used on aircraft or engines.

Mr Oak is the Author of “Software Testing – Effective Methods, Tools and Techniques” published by Tata McGraw Hill”. He is among the first twenty Certified Quality Analysts (CQA) of India.
