IEEE 12207/1012 based model

IEEE 12207, “Standard for Information Technology – Software Life Cycle Processes”, is a standard that establishes a common framework for software life cycle process.

This standard officially replaced MIL-STD-498 for the development of DoD software systems.

This standard defines a comprehensive set of processes that cover the entire life-cycle of a software system—from the time a concept is made to the retirement of the software.

We have experience of carrying out Verification and Validation (V&V) including Testing of number of Airborne and Defense software systems under the IEEE 12207 standard. We have successfully conducted our activities by adopting IEEE 1012 standard for Software Verification and Validation.
